It comes down to two things: our current lead time, and the nature of your project: building type, size, and scope. Rather than quote a number that goes stale, we'll give you an accurate turnaround when you reach out. One of our sales staff is happy to talk it through.

Lead time shifts with project size and seasonal demand, so it's best confirmed live. Contact our sales team with your scope and timeline and they'll give you a current, realistic date.

We typically allow five days to accept the quote terms, which include delivery of goods by a set date. For larger or longer projects we review the specifics to make sure the terms are fair to everyone involved.

Once you accept a quote, your order is scheduled with a tentative delivery date. Your salesperson and our logistics team check in at several points to confirm design, build, and shipping details. Your order is generally designed and built one to three days before delivery, so everyone's working from the latest information and late changes can be worked in where possible. Logistics reaches out as early as five weeks ahead, then again two to three days before delivery to lock in the final details.

Yes. Generating the documentation your order and project consultants need is part of the process, and layouts are provided at the appropriate stage as part of the transaction. We don't generally offer layouts as a standalone service separate from an order.

We deliver across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley on our own fleet, and reach customers throughout Western Canada and the United States through our wider delivery network.

Access is the number-one cause of delivery delays. We run more than one truck per job, so your site has to accommodate the length of our equipment. Be clear and honest about width, height, ground conditions, and available space from the start. A short video of the site helps our team choose the right equipment. New orders are entered and dated around your needs and our lead time. Our shipping team introduces themselves early and manages your delivery one-on-one, staying in regular contact right up to the day before. Because we build close to delivery, we can fine-tune for last-minute site changes and still deliver on time.

It depends on your job, site location, and access. Our fleet runs on a per-hour rate, and we also offer a flat rate covering one hour of crane time for simpler, predetermined jobs. If a site needs equipment we don't run in-house, we arrange a third-party crane at cost. Flag any delivery considerations to your salesperson so it's built into the quote.
