Join our design team creating solutions for wood-frame projects from single-family homes to large multi-family complexes, using industry CAD software. On-site training in the MiTek software suite and wood-frame construction standards is provided. A keen interest in design and strong attention to detail matter most.

A truss and wall-panel plant runs on a whole range of skills. These are the roles that keep Alliance moving, entry-level to experienced. Training is provided for the right attitude.
Assemble and band trusses and wall panels on the plant floor. Entry-level friendly: if you can read a tape measure and want to work hard, we'll train you.
Run the automated and manual saws that cut components to spec. Accuracy and safety around machinery are the name of the game.
Move, stack, and load finished product for delivery. Forklift certification an asset. We can help you get certified.
Get trusses and panels to job sites across the Fraser Valley on our own fleet. Class 1 / Class 3 with air an asset for our crane trucks.
Turn architectural drawings into build-ready truss and panel layouts in MiTek. Structural/architectural diploma an asset; on-site training provided.
Help builders get accurate quotes fast. Blueprint literacy, strong math, and good communication go a long way here.
